** PLEASE NOTE - the conference discount is available to AHOU members with a membership expiry date after the conclusion of the conference. To take advantage of the lower member rate, you can join AHOU or renew your membership at the same time as you register for the conference by selecting the appropriate option in the drop down box above. Once you select the join or renewal option, the appropriate amount will be added to your total invoice, and the lower cost for the registration will appear as well. If you are attending the conference, we highly recommend membership as the total cost is less than the regular conference rate and you also receive a full year subscription to On The Risk and all other membership benefits. What: ¾ mile loop for a fun run/walk event; you can loop as many times as you wish!
When: Sunday, May 1, 2016; 7:00 a.m.-9:00 a.m.

Why: To finish the fight to end cancer!
How: Sign up during your online conference registration. Cost:
$25 – individual participation

$10 – luminaria purchase in honor or a loved one or cancer survivor
$1000 – corporate participation for up to 10 company attendees
The American Cancer Society Relay For Life movement is the world’s largest fundraising event and AHOU is joining communities across the globe to raise funds to finish the fight!

Individuals in an industry-related position, co-workers, or associates wishing to attend sessions do not qualify for guest registration. Registered Guests (displaying a conference Guest Badge) are invited to attend the Marketplace on Sunday and Monday, Sunday Welcome Reception (at the Marketplace), Continental Breakfasts on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday, and the Monday Networking Reception. Guests are also welcome to attend the Monday & Wednesday mainstage presentations after all registrants have been seated. Participation in the Study Group sessions and attendance at the workshop sessions are limited only to those who have paid the full registration fee to attend the conference. Guests who have not properly registered and received a name badge will be denied entry to all AHOU functions by hotel security. Guests must be 12 years of age or older - it is AHOU policy that children under the age of 12, including infants in strollers and/or carriages, will not be allowed admission to conference social functions, breakfasts, lunches and/or receptions and will not be admitted into the exhibit hall and/or educational sessions. Please plan for child care accordingly.
All cancellations and refund requests must be in writing to email@example.com. Full refunds minus a $100 administrative fee will be granted only on cancellations received at least ten (10) business days prior to the start of the conference (by April 18, 2016). No refunds will be granted after that date. In the unlikely event that the meeting is cancelled, AHOU will refund all registration fees. However, AHOU will not be responsible for any travel, hotel accommodations or other costs incurred.
AHOU publishes conference registration lists in connection with the annual conference. AHOU also takes photographs and videos during the conference, and by participating in the conference and conference related activities you consent to your name, photograph, and/or video recordings of you being used in AHOU promotional and other materials, including but not limited to printed materials related to the AHOU, on www.ahou.org, in slideshows during the conference, or on the conference video, without payment or other consideration. By submitting your registration, you consent to this use.
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, the AHOU meeting and other meetings constitutes an agreement by the registrant to AHOU’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, recordings, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities.
The AHOU, through its policies and practices, promotes a safe, professional and comfortable atmosphere for all our attendees. We encourage everyone to enjoy the conference in a responsible manner.
