He has become a sought-after speaker on the topic of evaluating models for bias, fairness and discrimination. He has developed and led numerous analytics teams focused across the insurance value chain (e.g., marketing, distribution, underwriting, claims). Dr. Fletcher holds a doctorate in industrial/organizational psychology from Old Dominion University (with a minor in statistics).
