Dr. Maston completed his PhD in Anthropology at Harvard University where he studied the molecular evolution of genes encoding human pregnancy hormone. Following that, he received postdoctoral training at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, where he investigated the regulation of gene expression in human embryonic stem cells. He is currently a Senior Staff Genomic Variant Scientist at Quest Diagnostics in the Variant IQ analysis group, which he has been part of for 10 years. Glenn also serves on two professional committees, the ClinGen Monogenic Diabetes expert panel, and the ClinGen Low Penetrance/Risk Allele workgroup.
